What is your minimum order?
When ordering custom cookies the minimum order is 1 dozen.
How much notice do you need for custom orders?
We need at least a two week advance notice for custom orders, depending upon our availability and the number of cookies you require. If you are ordering more than 4 dozen additional time is required. The more time you can give us the more likely we will be able to fulfill your order. We suggest submitting your holiday orders at least a month in advance.
What are your days and hours of operation?
We are open Monday thru Friday from 8am to 5pm September through June. The bakery is closed in July and August.
What if I can't pick my order up until after 5?
We can often make special arrangements or in some cases we can deliver for an additional delivery fee.
Do you deliver?
We prefer not to deliver and would appreciate you picking your order up. If you need to pick up after hours porch-pick up can be arranged as long as your order has been prepaid.
What forms of payment do you accept?
If you are paying in person we prefer Cash or Venmo. You may also place your order and make your payment on our website.
Do you participate in Vendor Events?
Yes we do the occasional vendor event. The best way to find out where we will be is to follow us on our social media pages, sign-up for our emails, or check our websites often.
Do you do weddings?
Let's talk about it because the answer is both yes and no. We specialize in custom cookies and this question usually implies that you are looking for someone to make a cake. We do not make large cakes or use fondant. If simple, elegant and small is what you are looking for I may be able to help. The bakery is closed during peak wedding season so it also depends on when you are getting married.
Do you offer cookie classes?
Yes I offer public cookie classes. My schedule can be found on my website or social media platforms.
Can children attend cookie classes?
Children ages 12 and over may attend, but please check the event page as this may vary depending on the location the class is being held at.
If I will not be having a cocktail at a cookie class is the price the same?
Yes. Most establishments offer a drink of choice to the participants in our classes and do provide alcohol free choices. However, the price is determined by the cost of the cookie kits, the time spent teaching and preparing for the class and the cost of renting the facility.
Do you offer private classes?
At this time my private classes are limited to classes that have been auctioned at fundraisers.
